Preparing to dive back into Erde…

So here we go! Songs of the Northlands has been out for six days, and I’m already feeling the itch to get back to writing! I’ve repaired my keyboard (I wear them out with a bit of frequency), and I’ve nearly completed a very ambitious project; I’m building myself a custom desk!

Woodworking and metalworking have always been interests of mine, from copper and steel chainmaille to forging knives and swords on an anvil, and all sorts of carving, construction, and general carpentry. however, for the last decade or so, I haven’t had the ability to do much more than I could fit onto a small work tray. However, as I mentioned in my previous post, I’ve recently cleared out my workshop and got it set back up to do woodwork!

Well, I decided to make my debut project a new desk, since I spend so much time at my computer writing and I may as well be comfortable while I do so!

So, as soon as I’m done building that, I’ll be wrapping up with rebuilding my grandmother’s deck, and I’ll be kicking into the first book of the Mage’s Trilogy, titled Snowfall. I’m going to aim for an April 1st release, so I’ve definitely got my work cut out for me!

In the meantime, you can check out the Warrior’s Trilogy, or the first of the Books of Erde, Songs of the Northlands, on Amazon and coming soon in hardcover to Barnes and Noble!

In any case, I’ve got  long day ahead of me, and I’d better get some rest so I can meet it head on. I hope you all are enjoying Songs of the Northlands, and let me know what you think!

PS: Y’all are bloody luck I at least do a cursory proofreading of these posts… My raw typing is atrocious.
